PARCHMENT PAPER comes in a roll and is used in pans to eliminate clean up. Do NOT substitute waxed paper or aluminum foil. Buy it at the grocery store.
Oven temperatures: I don't have a degree sign so I left it out. Thus 350 = 350 degrees F.
Light margarine CANNOT be substituted for butter or margarine in baking.
Ghiradelli chocolate is superior and worth the extra price.
Do NOT confuse baking POWDER and baking SODA.
Celery comes in stalks, and individual pieces of celery are RAGS.
Artificial vanilla doesn't bake well. Use REAL vanilla.
